What are your glasses made from?
Lead crystal / borosilicate glass - confirm material]. Nothing flimsy, nothing you need to baby. Built to be picked up, filled, and used - not left in a cabinet.
Are they dishwasher safe?
Hand wash only, if we're being honest - it keeps the clarity and the finish sharp. / Yes, top rack, no dramas.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Every Hasu Glass order already arrives dressed for the occasion - no extra wrapping, no extra cost. [Just add a gift note at checkout and you're set.
How fast will my order arrive?
Free shipping, anywhere in Australia. Standard Delivery: 2-5 business days. Express Delivery: 1-3 business days. We'll email you tracking the moment it's out the door.
What if I change my mind?
No hard feelings - you've got 14 days from delivery to send it back, as long as it's unused and still in its original packaging. Full details on our Refund Policy page.
What if it arrives faulty?
That shouldn't happen, but if it does, get in touch straight away with photos and we'll sort it - replacement, repair, or refund, whatever's fair. See our Warranty page for the full rundown.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet - Australia only for now.
How do I look after my glassware?
Warm water, a soft cloth, and a bit of common sense. Skip the abrasive sponges and you'll get years out of these.
